This user agreement ("Agreement") is a contract between you and Aakorn Management and applies to your use of this web site (www.envirosystemsonline.com) and any products and services available through this web site (collectively the "Service"). If you do not agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, which include those terms and conditions expressly set out below and those incorporated by reference, please do not use or access our Services.

No resale
When you purchase documents and forms from Aakorn Management, you agree that those documents and forms may only be used by yourself or your company, and may not be sold or redistributed without our written consent. We make no claims about government forms or forms that are available in the public domain, except that such forms may not be obtained from this site for resale.
Your relationship with Aakorn Management
You agree that no attorney-client relationship is or will be established between you and Aakorn Management through any use of the Service. You agree that the material on this site is not intended to provide explanations, or recommendations about any legal options, rights, remedies or strategies with respect to any situation.
No warranty
We, our parent, subsidiaries, employees and suppliers provide our services "as is" and without any warranty or condition, express or implied. We, our parent, subsidiaries, employees and suppliers specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We shall make reasonable efforts to ensure that purchase orders are processed in a timely manner, but we make no representations or warranties regarding the amount of time needed to complete processing because our Service is dependent upon many factors outside of our control, such as delays in the banking system or mail services.
Limitation of liability

Access and interference

Payment processing
We use the payment processing services of PayPal (www.paypal.com) to help you make purchases from us. You must read, agree with, and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in the PayPal User Agreement and Privacy Policy before you may use PayPal's services.

Severability
You agree that the terms of this Agreement are severable. If any part of this Agreement is determined to be unenforceable or invalid, that part of the agreement will be interpreted in accordance with applicable law as closely as possible, in line with the original intention of both parties to the Agreement. The remaining terms and conditions of the Agreement will remain in full force and effect.
Privacy policy
This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect about our customers and how we use that information. Aakorn Management takes the privacy of your personal information very seriously and we will use your information only in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.
Information we collect
Every time you make a purchase from Aakorn Management through PayPal, we receive an electronic notification that includes your name, shipping address and e-mail address. We also receive information related to the transaction, including the item purchased, the payment amount, and the date of payment. We retain this information for each of your transactions in a database.
We do not receive or store any information about your credit card, debit card or bank account. Those details are only shared between you and PayPal.
Every time you download a free sample of our management system, we record the name and e-mail address that you supply in a database. We may use this information to contact you by e-mail.
Children
Children are not eligible to use our service and we ask that minors (under the age of 18) do not submit any personal information to us or use the Service.
Web site traffic information
Because of the way that web communication standards work, when you arrive at or leave this web site, we automatically receive the web address of the site that you came from or are going to. We also collect information about which pages of our web site you visit while you are on this site, the type of browser you use and the times you access our web site. We only use this information to try to understand our customers' preferences better with the aim of improving our service. We do not track the web sites that you visit before or after you leave this web site.
Disclosure of information
We will not sell, rent or give any of your personally-identifiable information to third parties, unless required to do so by law.
